Quote validity: product prices are valid for 30 days. Freight is quoted separately and confirmed at booking, as carrier rates change week to week
Order volumes: from half a container up — full containers simply get the better freight rate
Lead time: typically 15–25 working days after deposit, confirmed per order
Inspect on arrival: please check the crates within 7 days of delivery and send unboxing photos or video — after that window the goods are treated as accepted. Damage claims are settled through the cargo insurance, up to the invoice value of the affected goods; we prepare the evidence pack and handle the claim process with you.
FOB — Foshan / Guangzhou port: the price covers goods, export packing and delivery to the port of loading. Your forwarder handles ocean freight, import customs clearance and collection at destination.
CIF — your named destination port: we arrange ocean freight and cargo insurance to that port, and the goods are collected there. Import clearance and duties at destination are handled by you or your forwarder.
DDP — selected destinations only: where compliant import clearance can be arranged, we can quote delivered-to-door with duties included. Availability, tax treatment and delivery scope are confirmed in writing per order — DDP is not offered for every country.

The sample boards themselves are free of charge. Express freight is collect — you, the buyer, pay the courier when the samples arrive — so you can check the real material before placing any order.
